Added Value Services:

Temporary to Permanent

Temporary staff can be taken on after thirteen weeks continuous employment (from date of notification). These terms are negotiable for volume usage.

Response Times

Staff can normally be with you within one hour of your phone call.

Office Hours

Our offices are open from 07.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday

Out of Office Hours

After office hours, all phones divert to our Night Operations at our Head Office in Waltham Cross. This enables CTS Recruitment to offer a fully operational, manned out of hours service 24/7, 365 days a year.

Health and Safety

Staff will be supplied to your site with suitable attire at no extra cost, including such items as safety boots, hi-vis jackets and overalls.

Transport

To ensure we deliver the correct volumes of staff to your site on time, every time, we operate a fleet of dedicated mini buses. This service is offered to all clients at no extra cost.

Reference Checking & Testing

All temporary workers are rigorously interviewed by our highly trained personnel, reference checked (Where possible) and tested.
