CTS Nursecare was formed with the objective of supplying temporary and permanent staff that meets the specific requirements of our clients.
CTS Nursecare has been established since 1997 and in that time we have built a reputable name in the supply of staff predominately in Care for the Older Person and Care in Learning and Physical Disabilities sectors with Challenging Behaviour and Mental Health problems.
Our Nurse business is registered by CSCI and all staff is professionally recruited as per the guidelines set out by CSCI.

CTS Nursecare Services Charter
- Identify your requirements and match your needs by providing you with suitably skilled and trained staff.
- To supply you with a worker profile on each new member of staff that is sent to your Service.
- Uniform supplied were appropriate, identity badges carried to all assignments and dress code policy.
- To ensure that a representative visits your Service by prior arrangement so that we may select the most ideal candidate/s for your work setting.
- We operate a 24 hour, 365 days a year service so that we can respond to all of your staffing needs at anytime.
- Regular service visits conducted by prior arrangement and client and candidate evaluations conducted to enable us to build good working relationships between our members of staff and staff within your service to maintain continuity and support.
- Total honesty of availability of staff.
- Complaints and grievance procedure which we promise to investigate and offer feed back within 48 hours.
- Invoice you weekly enclosing copies of signed timesheets for your reference.

CTS Nursecare would like to emphasize that all our staff has a minimum 5 years work history, Enhanced Disclosure and POVA (Of which we are a registered body with the Criminal Records Bureau), two written references with one verbally verified on file, Current Moving and Handling Certificate and eligibility to work.
