Q. How will I be paid?
A. You will be paid directly into your bank/building society account, so it is very important that you complete the bank details form correctly at your interview.
Q. When will I be paid?
A. You will be paid on a Friday one week in arrears, upon correct submission of your timesheet/s. Our working week is from Sunday to Saturday.
Q. What happens if I change my bank/building society?
A. You must inform your local CTS branch as soon as possible so we can amend your bank details on the system so your pay will go into the correct account.
Q. Who do I contact if my pay is incorrect?
A. You need to contact your branch as soon as possible.
Q. What happens if I have been underpaid?
A. All under payments will be treated urgently and will be included with future pay as soon as practicably possible.
Q. What happens if I have been overpaid?
A. All over payments will be recovered from future pay to compensate.
Q. How do I know what my rate of pay will be?
A. Rates are dependant on your geographical office, Qualification or Grade, client of where you are working and the day and time of your shift. If you are in any doubt as to what your rate of pay is you should clarify this with your branch before accepting the assignment.
Q. Do I need to provide a P45 before I start work?
A. You should provide a P45. If you do not have a P45, or you have two jobs then it is a statutory requirement for you to complete a P46, this document can be obtained from your branch. Please kindly note that it is imperative that your National Insurance is correctly applied to all payroll records. Please ensure that this is clearly shown on all P45 and P46 documents.
Q. Will I get paid if my timesheet/s is completed incorrectly?
A. No. Any time that a timesheet is incorrectly completed this will be returned to you. Payment will only be made when the timesheet you have submitted has full and correct information.
Q. How do I ensure my timesheet is completed correctly?
A. You must ensure that the following information is included on your timesheet/s:
- Your full name
- Your job description
- The name and address of the client that you are assigned to
- The date of your shift
- The start and finish time of your shift along with the total length of your shift in hours (excluding breaks)
Each shift has to be authorised by the manager that is on duty
Q. How often do my timesheets need to be submitted?
A. Your timesheet/s need to be submitted to your branch on a weekly basis. Your branch will designate what day and time they require your timesheets- this is usually Monday – Tuesday following the week worked.
Q. Does your company offer information about a stakeholder’s pension?
A. Yes. We do offer a stakeholders pension with Legal and General, information is offered to you at interview.
