We are seeking an experienced Senior Carer who has a minimum NVQ 3 qualification to work in residential homes. DUTIES:- Ensure all resident daily living tasks are carried out to required standard & support carers with these tasks if required. Delegate jobs to staff to complete tasks. Conduct supervisions. Medication administration. Booking in & requesting of medication. Record information & review care plans. Liaise with health professionals. Support best practice and correct staff if required.
