This country house Hotel is steeped in history and set in acres of beautiful grounds. Our client is looking to recruit a Head Receptionist reporting to the General Manager the successful applicant will take sole responsibility in managing a small team of receptionists. The role will involve assisting with many and varied guest requirements from check-in to check-out, answering the telephone and taking reservations ensuring excellent guest service at all times. This role would be suitable for someone currently working as a Head Receptionist in a small hotel or someone working as a senior receptionist in a larger Hotel.
