How to select the right employment agency for your business

Recruiting the right staff for the job is a huge challenge for British business, which is why there are so many employment agencies willing to help out. With so many agencies to choose from, how do you go about selecting the right employment agency for your business?

Before taking on an employment agency, ask them about their screening process to find out how they check both a candidates eligibility to work in the UK and also their references. This is vitally important when it comes to temporary staff as companies looking for temps tend to need them immediately. If you know the relevant reference checks have been done rigorously, you don’t have to worry about the quality of the people working for you.

Look at the agency’s testimonials. If there aren’t lots of glowing comments about it on the website, you have to ask yourself, why not? You should also call a couple of their current clients to find out more about their reliability and professionalism.
