Right now, we’re recruiting committed Care Assistant’s to join our team to work in a variety of nursing/residential care homes in Enfield.

What you’ll be doing

As a Key Worker under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well being and social needs of our client’s residents.

Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and feeding.

Providing physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group

Generally promoting our client’s resident’s independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care

What you’ll need

A minimum of 3 months experience in a care environment and ideally a minimum NVQ 2 in Care, although this is not as essential.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team

You must have a respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and a willingness to undertake any aspects of care or non-care duties

Also a belief in giving your personal best at all times and striving for continuous improvement.

What we’ll offer you in return is on going work, various shifts:

Early’s/Late’s/Long day’s/Nights/Weekends

Excellent pay rates paid weekly.
Monday to Friday Day £11.50P/H
Monday to Friday Night £12.25P/H
Saturday £13.25P/H
Sunday £14.25P/H
Bank Holidays £17.00P/H

Holiday pay.
Pension.
