    • Description

      CTS Recruitment is sourcing Support Workers in North and East London  on behalf of a client. Our client has supported living services across England, Wales and Scotland, all providing innovative, creative support enabling people with mental health problems, autism and learning disabilities to live the lives they want and have the opportunities they deserve.

      Support Workers main duties will be to:

      • Provide support and encouragement to Service Users in all areas/activities of daily living
      • Maintaining the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of Service Users
      • Contributing to the assessment of Service Users’ needs and the development of individual plans of care and support, in consultation with service users, their families and the Care Team
      • Supporting with Budget planning and recording
      • Working with the care and support team to deliver high standards of service to achieve planned goals

      Qualifications and Experience

      • Minimum of NVQ 2/3 in Care or equivalent care qualification is desirable
      • Experience in a care and support setting
      • Understand the needs of the Service User group
      • Specific service-related experience may be required
